Northeast Portland
The original kitchen in this 1929 home was ready for an update. It was important to increase the function of this kitchen as there were only cabinets on the sink wall. This was accomplished with a minor wall change, new cabinetry, appliances, plumbing fixtures and hardwood floors.

Lake Oswego Remodel
The clients wanted a large game room for entertaining. This was accomplished with an addition off the existing family room/nook. They also wanted to upgrade all areas of their home. The kitchen was replaced with cherry cabinets, professional line of appliances, tile floor, as well as a new cabinet layout giving better use of the island/eating bar. Two bathrooms were also added, a new entry staircase, refinish of cabinets, master bathroom surface replaced, new carpets and refinish hardwood floors in a rich mahogany color. The addition also allowed for additional footage to be added to two of the upstairs bedrooms.

Beaverton Remodel
This ten year old home was purchased for it's spectacular Mt. Hood view and acre lot. However, the kitchen and bathroom required remodeling because the cabinets had been built at a low height to meet the previous owner's needs.

The new kitchen layout allowed for better function of the kitchen by eliminating the long island and making two islands. Natural cherry cabinetry was used with granite counters. A prep sink was added to the cook's island and refrigerator drawers were added to the eating bar as well as a warming drawer below the cooktop.

Upgrades in the family room included: changing the face of the fireplace from brick to stone, adding an entertainment center with book shelves, and replacing the carpet with hardwood floors.

Upgrades in the master bathroom included: replacing all cabinets and plumbing fixtures, and adding new marble shower, floors and counters.

Wilsonville Remodel
Even though this was a very simple remodel, it created a most dramatic transformation of what was a very dysfunctional kitchen. The nook was eliminated and the space was added to the kitchen. The wall separating the kitchen from the dining room was removed creating an eating bar and a casual dining area. This was a dramatic change from small dark rooms to one large family friendly area.
